Delois Ann (Bartlett) McBeth

Delois Ann (Bartlett) McBeth, died Tuesday, June 26, 2012 in Lakewood, CO.  Per her request, her ashes will be buried alongside her mother and grandparents at the West Lawn Cemetary in Gering. 

Delois was born November 24, 1941 in Scottsbluff, to William John and Dahlman Delois (Predmore) Bartlett.  Everyone new her as "Dee."  She spent her childhood years in Gering, where she graduated from high school in 1960.  She attended college at Nebraska State Teachers College in Chadron.

She became a secretary, receptionist, and bookkeeper for many years for the Rural Electification Administration based in Gering, where she met her future husband, James McBeth.  After relocating in Colorado Springs, she was a bookkeeper for Gendron Homes.

Dee resided at the Harmony Pointe Nursing Center in Lakewood since 2003 where she made many friends.

Survivors include her daughter, Annette Bland of Omaha; brother, John and his wife Pat Bartlett of Woodruff, SC; nephews Troy Bartlett of Grants Pass, OR, Rick Eckert of Scottsbluff; nieces, Lisa Currie of Wesley Chapel, FL, Trina Bartlett and Tammy Almanza, both of Woodruff, SC; granddaughter, Antoshia Bland of Omaha; four great-nephews, fiver great nieces, and a great-great nephew.

Preceding her in death were her parents and husband.
