Shirley Campbell Singleton passed away on June 17, 2023. She was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on August 7, 1942.

Shirley graduated from Gering High School in 1960 and married Merle Singleton shortly after. She worked in many office support positions over her career. She retired as a contractor with the engineering firm, SAIC.

Shirley was a Christian who loved the Lord. She enjoyed discussing politics, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She liked to play games and was especially good at cards. In her younger years, she enjoyed her flower gardens, going on lake trips, and loved her many cats and dogs throughout the years.

She was preceded in death by her father Allie Campbell, mother Myrtle Campbell, brother Keith Demorest and her husband of 53 years, Merle Singleton..
